Newsletter Freedom System (NFS) Getting Started Map
Start by using the system yourself, then rebrand it and ship it to your own customers. Everything lives in one member area at promotelabsaitools.productdyno.com/login.

What you bought
Newsletter Freedom System White Label gives you two things, each with its own tile on Collection Home (the first page you see after logging in):

Path 1: Use it yourself
We recommend starting here. Using the system first shows you what your own customers will get.
- Log in and open the system. Where: promotelabsaitools.productdyno.com/login → Collection Home → Newsletter Freedom System tile → Start.
- Choose where to start. Where: on the dashboard, click Help Me Choose Where to Start. If you like structure, open the Academy (top menu) and begin with Start Here.
- Set up your project. Where: Software (top menu) → Newsletter Wealth OS. Pick Set Me Up With AI (recommended), Start From a Template, or Manual Setup. Your business, audience, offer and main goal are enough to begin.
- Install your AI team. Where: AI Team (top menu). Download the Maya, Alex and Sophie Skill ZIPs, then import each one into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity. You only do this once per AI product.
- Build your newsletter assets. Where: Newsletter Wealth OS workspaces (lead magnet, opt-in and landing page, welcome sequence, newsletter writer, growth planner, monetization, metrics). When you want AI help, click Finish With Maya / Alex / Sophie and paste the handoff into your AI product.
- Save and back up. Where: Content Vault inside Newsletter Wealth OS. Your work is saved in your browser, so use Save Project Backup and Save Vault Backup regularly and keep the files somewhere safe.
- Get help when you need it. Where: Wiki (top menu), or the ? button in any workspace.
Path 2: Ship it under your brand
When you're ready to sell or give away your own branded edition:
- Open the White Label area. Where: click ← Collection Home in the top menu, scroll to the last tile, Newsletter Freedom System White Label, and click Start. This is your White Label Download Center.
- Download your owner files. Where: White Label Download Center. Download the WL Software System ZIP (Step 1) and the WL 3-Agent Pack ZIP (further down the page). Keep these private.
- Rebrand the software. Where: White Label Download Center, Steps 2 to 5. Open the White-Label Client Page Rebrander, enter your product name, brand, links and support details, and generate your rebrand prompts. Give a fresh copy of the master HTML files plus the prompt to ChatGPT (or a similar AI assistant) and ask it to change only the branding and links. Use the Rebranding Instructions and Branding & Config Reference to check what can be changed.
- Rebrand Maya, Alex and Sophie. Where: inside the WL 3-Agent Pack ZIP. Open the START-HERE instructions and follow the steps there. Don't use the software Rebrander for the Agents.
- Test everything. Where: wherever you plan to host it. Check navigation, project save and load, templates, editors, the Content Vault, Visual Studios, the Academy, the Agent links, themes and the help pages.
- Ship it. Host your branded edition on your own website or server, in a member area, on ProductDyno, or any other system you control. Give customers only the finished branded software, the customer-facing help and training, and the clean customer Agent Skill packages. You set your own price, and you look after your own customers' support.
