About the Reseller Pass

What do I get?

Access to all 20 AI Profit Toolkit tools (10 core tools plus 10 PRO tools) and the Reseller Center. After PromoteLabs verifies your purchase and JVZoo account, the Reseller Pass gives you the approved path to promote the PromoteLabs-controlled AI Profit Toolkit funnel.

Why is it $97 in one funnel and $127 in others?

In the AI Profit Toolkit funnel, the $97 Reseller Pass is an upgrade for people who already have the toolkit, so you already have personal access to the tools. In the Build • Publish • Grow and Newsletter Freedom System funnels you haven't bought the toolkit yet, so the $127 version includes personal access to all 20 tools as well as the reseller rights.

Do I personally get all 20 tools?

Yes. You can use all 10 core and all 10 PRO tools in your own business under the applicable licence. If you have the Reseller Pass and can't see the Premium AI Pro Tools tile on Collection Home, send us your JVZoo receipt and we will check your access.

Can I use the tools while doing client work?

Yes, where the commercial-use terms allow it. That doesn't give your client White Label, PLR, MRR, redistribution or software-resale rights.

Can I sell or redistribute the software itself?

No. Reseller rights let you promote the existing PromoteLabs-controlled funnel. They don't give you software files to redistribute or sell independently.

Is the Reseller Pass a White Label licence?

No. It is a centrally managed reseller opportunity. It doesn't include White Label, PLR, MRR or rebranding rights. Total White Label is a separate rights package and isn't included with the Reseller Pass (see 20-Tool White Label Q & A).

Who handles hosting, delivery, checkout and support?

PromoteLabs controls the official products, hosting, funnel, pricing, checkout, ProductDyno member delivery, updates, customer support and core infrastructure. Your role is traffic and promotion. JVZoo/JVZooPay handles tracking and commission processing under its platform rules.

The 100% reseller commission

What does the special 100% rate actually mean?

100% of the net commissionable amount, after applicable JVZoo platform fees, on eligible transactions. It is applied after PromoteLabs approval and the commission-bump process. It does not mean 100% of the gross checkout price.

Which transactions are eligible?

AI Profit Toolkit Front End, AI Profit Toolkit PRO and the 100% Profit Reseller Pass. Total White Label is not included in the special 100% rate, but you can still request normal affiliate approval for it.

Does it matter which funnel I bought the Reseller Pass in?

No. Reseller Pass purchases from the AI Profit Toolkit funnel, the Build • Publish • Grow funnel and the Newsletter Freedom System funnel all qualify.

Do I need my own JVZoo account?

Yes. You need your own JVZoo account for the promotion request, tracking and commission processing through JVZoo/JVZooPay.

Activating your reseller commissions

What happens right after I buy?

You get access to the tools and the Reseller Center, which has the activation steps, your affiliate request button, promotional swipes and your Reseller Pass licence (you can download a copy for your records). The 100% commission setting is not automatic: follow the activation steps below.

How do I activate my 100% commissions?

  1. Submit your JVZoo promotion request. Use your own JVZoo account and the Request to Promote in JVZoo button in your Reseller Center. You don't need to wait for approval before step 2.
  2. Email us straight away. Send an email to help@promotelabs.com with the subject AI PROFIT TOOLKIT RESELLER ACTIVATION. Include your paid Reseller Pass receipt as text (no screenshots), and your JVZoo username or the email address on the JVZoo account you used for the promotion request.
  3. Allow up to 72 hours. We manually verify your purchase, approve your promotion request and apply the special commission setting, then confirm when it's active.
  4. Start promoting. Use your JVZoo affiliate link for the 10 Premium Evergreen AI Tools (front-end) product and the swipes in your Reseller Center. Customers enter coupon AITK100 at checkout.

Promoting the front end

What is the low-friction paid front-end strategy?

It's an authorized promotional strategy that reduces the normal $97 AI Profit Toolkit front end by over 99% while still using a real paid checkout. The current public coupon is AITK100. Approved resellers get the full instructions in the Reseller Center after activation.

Can I get my own coupon code?

Yes. If you'd like a custom coupon code for your promotions, ask us and we'll set one up for you.

Why did a front-end sale with the coupon pay me almost nothing?

That is expected. With the coupon the front end costs about $0.50, so the front-end commission is negligible. Earnings come from the paid upgrades behind it.

Results and earnings

Are PromoteLabs' results typical?

No. Any results shown are PromoteLabs' own early in-house results from its own audience and traffic. They are not typical results, promises or guarantees.

Is income guaranteed?

No. Results depend on traffic quality, your audience relationship, promotion, offer fit, customer behavior, approval status, JVZoo fees, refunds, chargebacks, reserves and other real-world factors.

Could I earn less, or nothing at all?

Yes. Results can vary substantially and can include earning no income.
