Start Here: Which AI Product Do I Have?
PromoteLabs has three AI product families. They share one member area and some of the same upgrades, so it helps to know which product, and which version, you bought.
Where do I log in?
All AI tools purchases share one member area: promotelabsaitools.productdyno.com/login. Log in with the email you used at JVZoo checkout. Everything you've bought appears together on Collection Home.

Licensing basics
What's the difference between White Label and Reseller rights?
They are different licence levels. White Label is the higher level: you get licensed copies of the tools to rebrand and sell as your own customer editions, under the supplied licence. Reseller rights (the 100% Profit Reseller Pass) let you promote the PromoteLabs-controlled AI Profit Toolkit funnel at a special reseller commission rate; they don't give you software files to rebrand or redistribute. If you buy White Label, you won't be offered the lower-level reseller option afterwards.
Do White Label rights pass on to my customers?
No. The White Label master and relicensing rights belong to the White Label owner. Your customers receive the branded customer-use edition and any customer-facing materials you choose to include. They don't receive the White Label master or the right to relicense it.
Can I use these products myself?
Yes. These products aren't only for resale. You can use the software, AI resources and training in your own business too, subject to the licence terms.
Can I get a refund?
White Label rights purchases are not refundable, because of the nature of the products and the access you receive. Refunds on the AI Profit Toolkit front end (personal use) are available on request.
