Where do I log in?
At promotelabsaitools.productdyno.com/login, with the email used at JVZoo checkout. This is the same member area for every AI tools purchase (AI Profit Toolkit, Build • Publish • Grow and Newsletter Freedom), so all your products appear together on the Collection Home page.

What's on the Newsletter Freedom dashboard? Four areas, also reachable from the top menu (Software, AI Team, Academy, Wiki):

Where do I start?
There's no required first step. Click Help Me Choose Where to Start on the dashboard for a guided chooser. Or start the Academy if you like structure, or go straight to Newsletter Wealth OS if you want to build now.
Using Newsletter Wealth OS
Setting up
What's the quickest way to set up my project?
There are three ways:
- Set Me Up With AI (recommended): answer five short questions, optionally paste source material, then use ChatGPT or Claude to return your project details.
- Start From a Template: Local Business, Coach/Consultant, Software/SaaS, Creator, Agency, Ecommerce, Paid Newsletter, Affiliate Newsletter or Other/Custom. Templates set structure only and never invent business facts.
- Manual Setup: fill in the highlighted Core Context fields yourself.
Do I have to fill in every field?
No. There are 48 project fields but most are optional. Your business, audience, current offer or assets, and main goal are enough to start. You can add more later.
AI
Does the software have AI built in? Do I need an API key?
No API key is needed, and the software doesn't call an AI model behind the scenes. It organizes your project and prepares the right context, which you then copy into ChatGPT or Claude (or one of the AI specialists). You'll need your own ChatGPT or Claude account for those steps. Newsletter Wealth OS can't see your ChatGPT or Claude account.
ChatGPT didn't open when I clicked Finish With AI.
Your browser probably blocked the pop-up. The handoff has already been copied, so open ChatGPT yourself and paste it in.
The copy button didn't work.
The software tries a backup method automatically. If that also fails, use the manual copy or export option in that workflow.
What is Draft in Claude?
It prepares a handoff you paste into Claude. If you use Claude connectors (MCP), for example to your email platform, you set those up inside Claude, not in Newsletter Wealth OS. Ask Claude for a draft only, then review it before sending.
Saving your work
Where is my work saved?
In your web browser, on the device you are using. Nothing is uploaded to PromoteLabs, ProductDyno or anyone else.
How do I back up my work or use it on another computer?
In the Content Vault, use Save Project Backup or Save Vault Backup and store the file somewhere safe, such as your computer, Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive. On another computer or browser, load that backup file. Back up regularly, especially before clearing browser data or changing devices.
My project has disappeared.
This usually happens after clearing browser data, using private browsing, switching browser or device, or privacy tools clearing site data. Please load your most recent backup file. Because nothing is stored on our servers, we can't recover it for you.
My Academy progress has reset.
Progress ticks are also stored in your browser, so clearing site data or using another browser or device resets them. Your lessons are unaffected.
Exports and email
Can it send my newsletter or connect to my email platform?
No. Your email platform (ESP) handles your list and sending. Newsletter Wealth OS helps you plan and write; you then copy or export the content into your email platform. The Newsletter Writer and Welcome Sequence Builder have HTML editors, so you can copy or download clean HTML for your platform.
What can I export?
Project backup files, CSV (calendar and table data), ICS (calendar import), text or prompt output, and Print/Save as PDF for finished assets such as lead magnets. Please check facts, links, prices and claims before using exported content.
Is there a printable version of the Academy?
Yes. The Wiki's Downloads section has the Academy as a 57-page PDF and as an editable DOCX.
Maya, Alex and Sophie

How do I install them?
- Open AI Team from the Newsletter Freedom dashboard.
- Click Download Skill ZIP for Maya, Alex and Sophie.
- In ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity, open the Skills or custom-skill import area and add each ZIP.
- Start a fresh chat and call the specialist by name, for example: "Use Maya, Chief Subscriber Growth Officer. Tell me my top three next steps."
The Skills work in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. You only need to install each Skill once in each AI product you use. Import screens can change, so use whatever Skill import option your account currently shows.
How do they connect to the software?
Inside Newsletter Wealth OS, use the Finish With Maya / Alex / Sophie buttons. These copy your project context, goal and current work as a handoff, then open ChatGPT so you can paste it in. You don't have to explain your business again each time.
White Label owner area
Where are my White Label files?
From the Newsletter Freedom dashboard, click ← Collection Home in the top menu, then click Start on the last tile, Newsletter Freedom System White Label. This is the White Label Download Center, kept separate from the working system so your dashboards stay uncluttered. It contains:

Does the Rebrander change my files automatically?
No. You fill in your new product name, brand, links, CTA, footer and support details, and the Rebrander produces three prompts: one to rebrand the HTML, one for a manual change guide, and one for a final QA check. You then give a fresh copy of the master HTML files and the rebrand prompt to ChatGPT (or a similar AI assistant), one prompt at a time. Ask it to change only the branding and links, keep everything else working, and return the complete files.
Do I need to know how to code?
No coding is needed, but you do need to work through the AI-assisted steps and test the result yourself. If the AI rewrites or removes features you didn't ask it to change, start again from a fresh master copy.
What should I test before selling?
Navigation, project save and load, templates, editors, the Content Vault, Visual Studios, the Academy, the Agent links, themes and the customer help pages, all in the place where you will host it.
How do I rebrand Maya, Alex and Sophie?
Not with the Rebrander. Download the WL 3-Agent Pack, open the START-HERE owner instructions inside the ZIP, and follow its own rebrand, validation and customer-packaging steps.
What do I give my customers?
Only the finished branded software, the customer-facing help and training, and the clean customer Agent Skill packages. Keep the master files, licence, rebranding resources and owner materials private.
Where can I host my branded edition?
Your own website or server, a member area, ProductDyno, or any other system you control. Your customers' work will still be saved in their own browsers, not on your server.
Can someone do the setup for me?
Yes. Click the button to send an email to our Done-For-You setup team at saying what level of service you need, and they will get back to you with more information. You can also click See the DFY Setup Options at the bottom of the White Label Download Center, which opens an email to the same team.
Will PromoteLabs support my customers?
No. You support the customers of your branded edition, unless there is a separate agreement.
What can't I do with my licence?
You can't sell or share the master White Label files, or pass White Label, PLR, MRR or rebranding rights to your customers. You also can't promise income or results.
