If it was none of the above, please submit your name, email address and a copy of your purchase receipt to:
help [at] promotelabs.com with the subject line: <PRODUCT> Bonus Claim

We will check your receipt manually and send you the link to the bonuses offered on the promotion page.  
This can take up to 72 hours
