Can I Change My ProductDyno Account Email Address?

Since your email address is used as your account identifier, the system relies heavily on it to coordinate any refunds or future purchases - so they can be added to the same account.

Therefore, we are unable to change the email associated with your account unless it is absolutely critical - such as if you no longer have access to the account due to a loss of domain name, etc. If this happens, you need to send a request via email to the support team.
