If you are experiencing a problem or have a question about any of our Products, Please take the following steps:
- Look for the answer to your question in our FAQs: http://docs.promotelabs.com/ or on our blogs
- If you don't find what you're looking for, click the Beacon Button in the bottom right (it is usually orange but may be blue!) and type the "keyword(s)" of your inquiry (yes, this does search more articles to find you different possible replies)
- If that still doesn't pull up the answer to your dilemma, click on "send a message" to send a message to our professional, dedicated support team.
In order for us to be able to assist you quickly and promptly, please give us as much information as necessary/possible, including:
- The name of the product concerned
- Your username/password if relevant/known
- The email address registered to the account
- Screenshots (of the whole screen, please, not just a small window), relevant URLs, etc
- A copy of your purchase receipt with your transaction number (if relevant!)
Our official "open" hours are 9am to 6pm EST Monday-Friday and 9am to Noon EST Saturday & Sunday...but as our team is distributed worldwide - you may get a reply outside that time as well!
