- For ProductDyno - there are a ton of step by step videos for all the integrations at https://videos.productdyno.com. Please be sure you have found and followed the steps given, especially when copying API required information such as secret keys, etc

Beacon Button in the bottom right and type the "keyword(s)" of your inquiry (yes, this does search more articles to find you different possible replies)
If that still doesn't pull up the answer to your dilemma, click on "send a message" to send a message to our professional, dedicated support team.
In order for us to be able to assist you quickly and promptly, please give us as much information as necessary/possible, including:
- The name of the product/campaign concerned
- Your username/password if relevant/known
- The email address registered to the account
- Screenshots (of the whole screen, please, not just a small window), relevant URLs, login credentials to relevant apps or a screenshot of the relevant info inside them.
- A copy of your purchase receipt with your transaction number (if relevant!)
