Q: What price do I get 50% off from?

A: All client Pro Plus accounts are 50% off the current lowest price, currently as shown at https://productdyno.com/special, no matter how many are purchased. NOTE: There is no discount for the VIP Platinum Account option


Q: What is the minimum number of ProductDyno accounts that can be purchased at 50% discount?

A: We haven't yet decided how the client accounts will be sold - whether individually or in bundles. We do expect to have an entry level with perhaps 1 or 2 accounts.


Q: If I purchased accounts to lease out to clients and the clients at some time ceased payment, is it possible to lease the same accounts out to someone else?

A: Yes, you can remove your client and reassign it to a new client.


Q: If my client's already have a ProductDyno account, what would be the advantage for them to link to my business/ProductDyno account?

A: It depends on what you plan to offer your clients, e.g. you can offer to manage their products/collections, update or design their products/collections, etc.


Q: What happens if clients decide to purchase other parts of the Product Dyno funnel after purchasing the front end ? Will I get affiliate commissions on those upgrade purchases?

If your clients purchase the upgrades as they/you go through the buying funnel, you will get the commission for the upgrades.

If, at a later stage, the client chooses to upgrade from inside their account, the chances are that the cookie placed on their computer during the buying process will have expired so no commissions are paid out. We therefore suggest you encourage clients to purchase all upgrades from the get-go.


Q: Does having an agency license mean I can offer white label accounts to my clients?

A: This is not a White Label product. If your clients access their accounts, they will see the ProductDyno logo - but the idea of having an agency is that YOU manage your clients' accounts for them. However, your branding is seamlessly incorporated into the footer of every email your client account sends, effectively promoting your name as a reputable service provider. You can turn it off from your agency settings if you want.


Q: When a client purchases using my affiliate link, will I get commission on this purchase and the upgrades?

A: With your agency license, you can purchase accounts for your clients at 50% off. If you choose to give them your affiliate link to purchase their own account, you will get commission for purchases they make as they proceed through the sales funnel. Any purchases made later via the upgrade links inside their accounts will probably not accrue a commission - depending on the cookie. We suggest if you take the affiliate link route, that you recommend to your clients that they take all the upgrades at the time of purchase.


Q: Will sub-accounts receive promotional emails from PromoteLabs?

A: If sub-accounts are purchased by the Agency Level then no, your clients will not get promotional emails since you would be using their own email address. If you're connecting existing ProductDyno accounts to your Agency account, then those customers would be on ProductDyno updates list as well as promotional list. They can unsubscribe anytime.
