Q: Do I have the Page Builder?
A: Yes, just create a Product and you'll see the Page Builder in the Product Dashboard. Additionally you'll see it in the Collections Dashboard
Q: How many Pages can I have?
A: Click on your profile in the top right of your dashboard then on BILLING. You will see a graphic showing how many pages you can have. This shows how many pages built with the PageBuilder you can have at any one time.
Q: How do I get more Pages?
A: So far, no one has completely used up their "quota"! You can always delete obsolete/expired offers and reuse that page for a new offer. In due course we may offer bundles of more pages for a fee.
Q: Is there a video to show how to use the PageBuilder?
A: Click on Help&Support in the top right of your dashboard; Select "How To Videos"; then PageBuider is showing as a category there
Q: How do I center my video or text block?
A: For alignment issues, you need to choose the appropriate pre-defined block.
Q: My text doesn't look right when I paste it into the PageBuilder
A: You will get very strange results if you paste already formatted text. If you are copying text that is already formatted, first paste it into a plain text editor such as Notepad to strip out the formatting. Then copy it again before pasting into ProductDyno PageBuilder.

- For Mac OS: command + shift + v
When you add Text, a WYSIWYG editor pops up - You can add style, formatting, links, bullets, etc using this editor.
Q: My videos aren't playing!
A: Are you accessing your page URL just like your client would? The PageBuilder itself gives a preview for layout, etc. It does not activate the items such as videos.
Q: I'm using the custom HTML code block to add my videos. I can't center it nor it's responsive.
A: We don't have much control over the custom codes. Instead of using the HTML code block to add th video, please use the video block. You can modify the video block to your preference.
Q: Can I add a pop-up in the Page Builder
A: ProductDyno does not have a pop-ups. The Page Builder is supposed to create sales pages that you can link to the checkouts. However, you can add a third-party pop-ups by using the Code Block or Custom Code option found in Settings.
Q: How can I change the title of the Page?
A: Click the Pencil Icon to edit the name of the page and open the page editor to publish the changes. You can check the short video HERE.
