Troubleshooting ProductDyno
I set up a custom DNS entry for a product, which I then deleted and went to recreate. When I try to re-assign the custom DNS entry, it says it already exists. Why?
When you delete a Product/Collection, our system does not delete it entirely from the database instead keeps it in ‘Archives’ for 60 days.- just in case you suddenly realise you didn't mean to delete it! You need to delete it from "Archives" - this will completely erase all the details and resources from our database - and you will be able to reuse the DNS entry.
When using external content, where is ProductDyno getting the image for the login and payment pages since the Content Designer is not being used?
You need to disable External Content and use the Content Designer to upload your logo and images. The when you re-enable External Content, your images will be shown
My customers and I are having problems logging in - we keep getting "Invalid Credentials OR Access Denied!"
Here are some suggestions to overcome this problem:
- Double check you are using the correct login URL for the Product/Collection/member in question.
- Clear your cache and reload the login page
- Disable your password manager - make sure it doesn't autofill the fields
- Try in incognito mode
