- Go to https://promotelabs.com/customers/ ( or this link if you have problem https://app.paykickstart.com/billing )
- Check your inbox for an email with subject:" Confirm Portal Access" ( from sender support@paykickstart.com )

- Log in and locate the product on the left menu, click on it then click on payment method
Update Payment Method in GrooveSell
- Go to https://billing.groovesell.com/ and enter your email address
- Check your inbox for an email with subject: "Customer Portal Access" ( from sender GrooveSell with email address info@groovedigital.com )

b) - Locate the product, click on it and update the payment method
