Troubleshooting Payment Gateways in ProductDyno

PayKickStart

When using PayKickStart Payment Gateway, you can only use the Gateway Product ID once. If you have already used the Product ID in your other products it will give you an error message "Product ID is already attached with the Gateway". 

You have two options:

  1. Go to PayKickStart and create a new Product ID
  2. Delete the Product ID from the product/collection where you have previously used it and attached it to the product/collection you intended to use it.
