How can I request a refund for a product I bought a license to?

We honor a 30 day refund policy if you have a valid reason. If, before you purchase, you think you may be asking for a refund, we suggest NOT buying a license and letting others who will put their license to good use buy one instead of you.

Buying a license then asking for a refund a few days later because you don't understand how to set up a sales page, edit graphics or sell a product online etc etc is NOT a valid reason to ask for a refund.

Note: any refunded customers will instantly LOSE the rights to resell the product and must remove all files that were downloaded from their systems and will NEVER be allowed to purchase another license from our company ever again.
